A Review of CAR-T Therapy in Pediatric and Young Adult B-Lineage Acute Leukemia: Clinical Perspectives in Singapore

Abstract: Approximately 10-15% of pediatric B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) are high risk at diagnosis or relapsed/ refractory.
