Assessing digital maturity is a prerequisite for any digital transformation initiative. This assessment allows the business to know its current level of digital maturity and assess its ability to manage change. The evaluation also enables society to identify the main thrusts and objectives of its digital strategy. This article analyses the strengths and weaknesses of 8 digital maturity models to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of these models for measuring the digital maturity of companies and public organizations. This study follows content analysis from 8 papers on digital maturity models. These 8 models are the result of a document reference of 30 models of digital maturity divided into 8 application domains. Within each application area, the most relevant model for measuring digital maturity was chosen after the reference work. In this document, regarding the literature, we have identified 12 strengths that a maturity model should fulfill and we have formulated them into 12 questions that, once answered, will constitute strengths or weaknesses of the model. The results show that the Digital Internet Maturity Model (DIMM) has the most advantages over the others for measuring digital maturity in any application area, followed by the Bank Internet Maturity Model (BIMM) which has several advantages for the banking sector with some significant disadvantages. Next, we have the digital maturity balance model and tool for public organizations for organizations providing public services. The hospital information system maturity model for the health sector takes into account several aspects of the digital transformation of the health sector, but with some handicaps related to its implementation. It was noted that all models reviewed have several strengths and weaknesses, including structural and strategic weaknesses. This article firstly highlights the strengths and weaknesses of 8 digital maturity models that are among the most relevant for measuring digital maturity in their respective domains and secondly, it reinforces the literature on digital maturity models.

Collaborative Business Intelligence goes beyond the organization frame and collecting people in one virtual space in order to give their opinion concerning certain issue results in an opportunity to boost the decision-making process and make it more reasonable. Strangers solve one problem without direct interaction and use the developed results. Tourists often search for information from different sources and compare found facts. It takes a lot of time and effort. So, having an application, where users could find relevant information and use it for decisionmaking is essential. The aim of the paper is to develop an application for tourists using which they could make a decision about where and why to go. We propose an approach to collect and clear data related to tourism, preprocess and structure tourism data convenient interface and tools for collaborative analysis.

The ability to adapt to changes in information and communication technologies is essential for all organizations. Companies that fail to correctly perceive the need for these changes and delay their implementation are doomed to disappear. In this context, the term Industry 4.0 is used to refer to digital improvement studies. It aims to increase profitability by reducing production costs without increasing the focus areas of companies. Determining the level of digitalization is as important as completing the digitalization infrastructure to bring Industry 4.0 to life. In this way, companies can determine their current digitalization status and maintain their competitiveness. They can also decide the steps needed to implement Industry 4.0. Currently, there are many methods and models used to determine the level of digitalization. However, this study takes a distinctive approach by aiming to develop an integrated methodology tailored for quantifying Industry 4.0 maturity in companies. To begin, the dimensions used within the Industry 4.0 maturity assessment were extracted from the literature. Then, a focus group approach was utilized by experts to eliminate the unimportant dimensions. Next, Interval-Valued Spherical Fuzzy AHP (IVSF-AHP) was used to determine the importance weights of the determined dimensions. Finally, the Industry 4.0 maturity level of an aviation/defense company was calculated by applying the proposed methodology based on the data collected via the questionnaire. Therefore, this proposed methodology provides a potent instrument for accurately appraising progress in digital transformation, refining strategies, and securing success in an evolving technology-driven environment.
