Abstract:The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) integrates smart connectivity with healthcare, improving services but imposing cybersecurity and privacy concerns. Frameworks (such as EMRI, SaYo-Pillow, HL7, FHIR, HIMSS) and regulations (such as EU MDR) are in existence but need regular reviewing for enhancement.
