Abstract: Objectives: There is currently a lack of consensus among neuropsychologists about which cognitive assessment paradigms hold the most promise in identifying subtle cognitive deficits in preclinical Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) and which are most useful for monitoring risk of cognitive deterioration.
