Abstract: Stage IIIA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a heterogeneous group with different potential therapeutic approaches. Treatment is typically multimodal with either surgical resection after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiation or concurrent chemotherapy and radiation if unresectable.
