A Review of Schatzki Ring

Abstract: A Schatzki ring also known as Schatzki–Gary ring is a narrowing of the lower esophagus that can cause dysphagia. The narrowing is caused by a ring of mucosal tissue which lines the esophagus or muscular tissue.
