Abstract. A major part of the commercial Internet is moving towards a cloud paradigm. This phenomenon has a drastic impact on the organizational structures of enterprises and introduces new challenges that must be properly addressed to avoid major setbacks. One such challenge is that of cloud provider viability, that is, the reasonable certainty that the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) will not go out of business, either by filing for bankruptcy or by simply shutting down operations, thus leaving its customers stranded without an infrastructure and, depending on the type of cloud service used, even without their applications or data. This article attempts to address the issue of cloud provider viability, proposing some ways of mitigating the problem both from a technical and from a legal perspective.

Abstract:Cloud computing has competitive advantages-such as on-demand self-service, rapid computing, cost reduction, and almost unlimited storage-that have attracted extensive attention from both academia and industry in recent years. Some review works have been reported to summarize extant studies related to cloud computing, but few analyze these studies based on the citations. Co-citation analysis can provide scholars a strong support to identify the intellectual bases and leading edges of a specific field. In addition, advanced algorithms, which can directly affect the availability, efficiency, and security of cloud computing, are the key to conducting computing across various clouds. Motivated by these observations, we conduct a specific visualization review of the studies related to cloud computing algorithms using one mainstream co-citation analysis tool-CiteSpace. The visualization results detect the most influential studies, journals, countries, institutions, and authors on cloud computing algorithms and reveal the intellectual bases and focuses of cloud computing algorithms in the literature, providing guidance for interested researchers to make further studies on cloud computing algorithms.

Abstract. Security has always been the top issue against the cloud computing, scientific security architecture is the foundation of other security technologies. Comparing existed cloud computing security architectures and traditional security architectures, there are some common ground and new problems. In cloud computing environment, different users need different security requirements, so if we can assign them reasonable authority, there will be great efficiency improvement for data security and system efficiency.Role is an authority division and management method, it gains very good effect for its classification to user and data operations. Inspired by this, a security cloud computing architecture based on role has been designed, the security of the architecture has been evaluated at last.
