A Review on Glycemic Control in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Arm Ergometer Exercise

Abstract: It has been suggested that regular physical activity has become a part of rehabilitation in controlling blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. In type 2 diabetes mellitus the cells become resistant to insulin, which leads to elevated blood glucose over time and leads to prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
