Abstract:According to Ayurveda, Hrudaya, or the heart, is the seat of Buddhi, or the intellect, and Chetana, or consciousness. It has the following three entities: Shareera (physical body), The mind, or manas, and the senses of Indriya.
Hrudaya is regarded as a psychosomatic being, highlighting the complex relationship that exists between the
