“…In C. mosbachensis both paraconule and metaconule of the m1 are prominent and the buccal cingulum complete and strong [15], distinguishing it from C. apolloniensis. Nevertheless, the presence of accessory cuspids in the disto-lingual portion and sometimes the presence of an entoconid are mentioned for the m2 of C. arnensis [20]. In all available specimens of C. apolloniensis the m2 is tricuspid and in this feature, it is closer to C. etruscus.…”
