Abstract: This paper presents the robust optimization model to select project portfolio risk response strategies (PPRRSs) considering risk interaction and resource allocation fairly. Firstly, the Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is used to analyze the project portfolio risk interaction considering project interdependency.
