“…In other rare occasions, these deep-seated lipomas can be intermuscular, traversing fascial compartments and their associated components [2 , [4] , [5] , [6] , [7] . Patients may experience symptoms such as pressure, pain, or even sensory and motor deficits due to continued lipoma growth and compression of the surrounding neurovascular structures [1 , 2 , 7 , 13] .
