Abstract:Congenital fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23)‐related hypophosphatemic rickets/osteomalacia is a rare bone metabolism disorder characterized by hypophosphatemia and caused by genetic abnormalities that result in excessive secretion of FGF23.
