A Semantic Segmentation Method Based on Image Entropy Weighted Spatio-Temporal Fusion for Blade Attachment Recognition of Marine Current Turbines

Abstract: Marine current turbines (MCTs) may exhibit reduced energy production and structural instability due to attachments, such as biofouling and plankton.
