“…As the activity of AChE increases from 0 to 18 mU mL −1 , the uorescence intensity increases on account of the enzymatic hydrolysis of ATCh. 32,33 As shown in Fig. 4b, it exhibits a quasilinear relationship between I 0 /I and AChE activities from 0.5 to 18 mU mL −1 .…”

“…4b). LOD and linear range of this assay was compared with the already reported methods, and the comparison is presented in Table 1 [32][33][34][35][36], the uorescent assay for the determination of OPs based on g-C3N4/MnO 2 NS/AChE-ATCh uorescent probes has higher sensitivity and excellent analytical performance. 3-), and biomolecules (Vitamin B (V B ), glycine and tyrosine, humic acids, chlorophyll).…”

“…26 Biosensors based on CdTe QDs have been developed due to their unique electronic and optical properties, such as their broad absorption spectra, narrow and symmetric emission bands, less environmental sensitivity, and high quantum yield. [27][28][29][30][31][32] These advantages of the CdTe QDs in the narrow emission band have enabled the sensitive detection of trace elements without spectral interferences. Over the past decades, quantum dots (QDs) have been widely studied and applied for the detection of trace amounts of hazardous substances, including pesticides and heavy metals.…”
