A Service-Oriented Spectrum Assignment Algorithm for Cognitive Wireless Networks

Abstract: Cognitive Radio is a promised solution to conquer the inefficiency utilization of spectrum resources, which is induced by the traditional fixed spectrum allocation scheme.
