A short food literacy questionnaire (SFLQ) for adults: Findings from a Swiss validation study

Abstract: The short food literacy questionnaire (SFLQ) was developed to measure a broad range of skills including functional, interactive, and critical elements of FL. This study evaluated SFLQ measurement properties.
