A Simple and Reliable Method of Narrowing Genioplasty Using Biodegradable Screws

Abstract: The T-osteotomy technique is widely performed to improve lower face aesthetics. During this narrowing genioplasty procedure, metal fixtures are required to rigidly fix the bone segments.
