A simple method of intraoperative preparation of a stent graft for distal aortic arch aneurysm

Abstract: urgical repairs of distal aortic arch aneurysm still have many problems, such as neurologic injury, pulmonary injury, phrenic or recurrent nerve paralysis, and bleeding at the distal site of anastomosis associated with insufficient sutures caused by a limited surgical view, clotting disturbances as a result of deep hypothermia, or both.
