A simulation study on the electrical structure of interdigitated back-contact silicon solar cells

Abstract: In this paper, a simulation for interdigitated back-contact (IBC) silicon solar cells was performed by using Silvaco TCAD ATLAS to investigate the cell's electrical properties.
