Abstract:Self‐leveling underlayments (SLU) are used for smoothing and levelling sub‐floors before any flexible flooring is applied. Though being comparatively simple in its requirements, commercial SLUs have become one of the most complex cementitious mixtures in dry‐mortar technology.
