Under the influence of cold chain logistics technology, the cold storage industry is facing the challenges of planning, construction and scientific management while welcoming the opportunities of efficient, environmental protection and intelligent development. However, the traditional cold storage monitoring method has some problems, such as complex installation and wiring, high power consumption, difficult expansion and difficult maintenance, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of modern cold storage for operational efficiency and safety. In this regard, based on the internal environment of cold storage, this paper will integrate ZigBee technology, sensor technology and integrated development technology, and propose and implement a cold storage environment monitoring system based on ZigBee, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time, accurate and efficient monitoring of cold storage environment. Practice has proved that the system uses ZigBee network as communication medium, and the terminal node uses CC2530 as RF transceiver chip to complete the control of each sensor. The coordinator uses MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer as the control core, and cooperates with CC2530 to transmit data, which realizes the data interaction between the lower computer system and the upper computer system, improves the transmission power and receiving sensitivity, and at the same time increases the data transmission distance, expands the coverage of the cold storage environmental monitoring system, optimizes the monitoring operation process and enhances the system stability.
