A software framework for pipelined arithmetic algorithms in field programmable gate arrays

Abstract: Pipelined algorithms implemented in field programmable gate arrays are extensively used for hardware triggers in the modern experimental high energy physics field and the complexity of such algorithms increases rapidly.
