Abstract:Chyloperitoneum and chylothorax are rare conditions with high mortality rates whose optimal treatment strategy remains unclear. The aim of the study was to evaluate the results of chyloperitoneum and chylothorax treatment with a synthetic somatostatin analogue (octreotide) and immunosuppressive therapy with sirolimus.
