Today’s society is a society with diversified information. The rapid change of information also affects the ideological and political education in universities. Therefore, the fixed thinking of ideological and political education in universities tells students, which is an educational way in line with the development of the times. We should follow up with the rapidly changing times at any time, change with the times, and update the thinking and systematic way of the ideological and political education system at any time. In the ideological and political education of college students, diversified teaching methods and multiobjective recommendation systems are implemented and then combined with traditional ideological and political teaching methods. The two ways complement each other and promote each other so as to achieve higher learning efficiency and better learning effect. The optimization algorithm of multiobjective recommendation should be used to further improve the ideological and political education system. By analyzing the optimization results and performance comparison of various algorithms, we find the most suitable algorithm model for optimizing the ideological and political education system. The multiobjective-recommended ideological and political education system for college students needs to fully improve the teaching tasks of teachers and students in two stages. A reasonable and scientific system recommendation mechanism should take into account students’ own learning preferences, subject types, ideological and political teacher information, curriculum information, curriculum evaluation, curriculum relevance, and other multiobjective data. This paper achieves the highest performance and the lowest time cost of the ideological and political education system through multiobjective evolutionary optimization method.

This article is devoted to the experience of applying the Blended Project-Based Learning Approach Using Visualization Technology in teaching mobile application development for IT-students. The Blended Project-Based Learning Approach Using Visualization Technology is based on a project-based method, pair programming, teamwork and using of digital educational resources as a visual learning content. The authors describe the impact of the used teaching methods and digital educational resources on the student's cognitive skills during the mobile application development. During workshop the students gained hands-on experience on mobile application development through «active doing» method, interactive tasks and building different types of mobile application projects. The workshop's curriculum is developed in terms of the scaffolding. So, the students improve the skills develop projects starting from simple «Hi, Kazakhstan!» to a complete software with functions of search and update from the Internet. The well-designed project topics on development mobile application arise the interest and provide the high motivation of the learners. The impact of Blended Project-Based Learning Approach is evaluated through questionnaire, testing and evaluation of mobile application projects developed by students. The effectiveness of the blended approach for teaching mobile application development is confirmed by the empirical data

The spiral model is one of the methods used to perform software engineering development and can also be used for development in other fields. This spiral model is the result of a modification from the combination of the waterfall model and prototyping model so that it has many advantages including in each result an evaluation will be carried out, carried out sequentially or systematically, and is more focused in carrying out risk analysis from each stage. Has a function in development to make changes, additions and developments by determining accuracy and speed based on needs. In its implementation the spiral model has been carried out in various fields, but the results of the implementation are not yet known in what scope and how many implementations each year. This study aims to identify the results of the implementation of the spiral model development with data obtained from related papers in the 2012-2022 range. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the aim of identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and concluding all research on each relevant paper. The results showed that the spiral model development was mostly implemented in software development with a total of 19 papers and in the education sector as many as 17 papers, while the peak of the spiral model development was mostly implemented in 2016 and then increased again in 2021
