A Spontaneous Spinal Epidural Hematoma Secondary to Long-Term Low-Dose Aspirin and Clopidogrel Use: A Case Report

Abstract: The association between antiplatelet agents such as aspirin, clopidogrel, and ticlopidine and spontaneous spinal epidural hematoma is based on multiple case reports in the literature. Here, we present the case of a 76-year-old male patient who presented with acute low back pain associated with sudden-onset paralysis of the lower extremities.
