Abstract:Thirty-four volunteer obese housewives, who have not done exercise regularly during the last six months and have had no health problems to prevent them from exercising, have participated in the study. As a result, it has been determined that aerobic exercise of 12 weeks in aerobic style has positive effects on physical fitness parameters of obese housewives. For this reason, the importance of the cost-free aerobic exercise in the right intensity for every age has been revealed again.
