A Study of Blood Lactic Acid and Isokinetic Muscular Strength after Maximal Load Exercise

Abstract: Abstract. [Purpose] This study was undertaken to understand the effects of three different ways of resting after maximal exercise on lactic acid in blood, and muscular strength.[Methods] To achieve this objective, nine athletes were selected as blood donors. Blood was gathered from each donor at three different times: at rest, after maximal exercise, and after recovery.
