A Study of Clinical and Radiological Outcome in Dorsolumbar Spine Fractures Stabilised by Pedicle Screw Fixation

Abstract: BACKGROUND Incidence of dorsolumbar injuries accounted for 75% of all spine injuries in a study from India. Most commonly fractured level in whole spine is L1 followed by T12. Fractures around dorsolumbar junction are wedge compression fractures, burst fractures. Wedge compression fractures are the most common fracture in Indian population.
