A Study of Flexible Job-Shop Scheduling with Dual Constraints

Abstract: The flexible production job shop was selected as the research object, with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time. A novel production scheduling model was devised by taking into account the sequence of occurrence of two distinct perturbations, namely preventive maintenance and emergency order insertion, within the same production scheduling plan.
