Abstract:BACKGROUNDKugel's artery or 'arteria anastomotica auricularis magna' was described by Kugel (1927) as a constant branch from the circumflex coronary artery usually from its anterior part traversing the interatrial septum to establish direct or indirect anastomosis with the right coronary artery.
