The case of cyberbullying in Indonesia was ranked third in the world in 2015 and as much as 91% was experienced by children. RSA Anti-Fraud Command Center (AFCC) report reports that in 2015 45% of transactions were carried out through mobile channels, while 61% of fraud occurred through mobile devices. WhatsApp in July 2019, 1.6 billion users access the WhatsApp messenger every month. The data opens a reference for investigators to better anticipate cybercrime actions that can occur in the WhatsApp application because more users are using the application. In this study using the TF-IDF method in detecting cyberbullying, that occurs to be able to add a reference for investigators. The conclusions that have been obtained from the simulation of conversations between four people in a WhatsApp group get the results of the cyberbullying rate that the user "C" has a cyberbullying rate of 50% from the data proving that the TF-IDF method can help investigators detect someone who will commit cyberbullying actions but in its development, a better way is needed when preprocessing so that the abbreviation or changing words can still be detected perfectly.

The development of computer technology is increasing rapidly. This has positive and negative effects. One of the negative effects that occurred was the use of Line applications to conduct online shop fraud. Line is one of the instant messenger applications that can be used on computers, especially on Windows 8.1 operating system computers. Applications that run on the computer leave traces of data on Random Access Memory (RAM). Data left in RAM can be obtained using digital forensic techniques, namely live forensics which is used when the computer is running and connected to the internet. This study aims to find digital evidence regarding cases of online shop fraud using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) method. Digital evidence can be obtained using forensic tools, namely RamCapturer, FTK Imager and Winhex. RamCapturer is used to acquire data in RAM, FTK Imager is used for imaging and Winhex is used to analyze data that has been taken. The results obtained in this study were conversational recordings consisting of conversation time, conversation content and conversation status which could be digital evidence in uncovering the online shop fraud crime that occurred.

Instant Messaging Forensic Analysis on Android Operating System

WhatsApp (WA) is one of the Instant Messaging (IM) applications used by many people. WA and mobile devices cannot be separated from the possibility of misuse such as for criminal purposes. To handle a crime case involving a mobile device, the investigator needs to use suitable forensic tools and mobile forensic methodology so that the results can be approved and accepted by the law. This research conducted a forensic analysis of WA on unrooted Samsung C9 Pro devices using Belkasoft Evidence, Oxygen Forensic, Magnet AXIOM, and WA Key/DB Extractor. This research gives suggestion about forensic tools for conducting forensic analysis related to WA. WA artifacts that could be used as a crime evidence such as chat messages, logs, contact list, and files are used as a parameters. From the research can be seen that there is no tool that can be used to obtain all the WA artifact parameters used in the research. The combination of the Magnet AXIOM and WA Key/DB Extractor is known to get the best results and meets the WA artifact parameters.
