Stewart (1955), Cleveland and Fielding (1954), Evans (1949), Scott (1951), Kennedy et al (1957), Cristophe et al (1953) and Howard and Cristophe (1934) between them have reported nearly 1,000 fractures (all unilateral), and Taylor et al (1955) described 1,500 patients with no such case.…”
