“…4(f). The higher polarization of the samples is attributed to the lower content of NFO, just because the NFO phase is paraelectric [18]. When BNTO content reaches to 0.8, the polarization of BNTO-NFO has a slow increase and after that, P max increases sharply with the increasing of BNTO.…”

“…Composite sample with × = 0.07 has the highest dielectric constant at lower frequency, followed by × = 0.03 and 0.05. According to Liu et al (2013), due to inhomogeneity between the two phases in the composite which is between BaTiO 3 and MgFe 2 O 4 , there is a difference of the dielectric values at lower frequency (Liu et al 2013). The ferroelectric phase was spread among the spinel ferrite region in the composite.…”

“…Based on previous research, different compositions of perovkite BaTiO 3 and spinel ferrite powders altered the electrical and magnetic properties of the composite (Liu et al 2013;Ravindar Tadi et al 2010). In this study, MgFe 2 O 4 powders were synthesized via the sol-gel autocombustion method and then combined with commercial BaTiO 3 powders at 3 different weight fractions through a simple wet milling solid state reaction process to obtain BaTiO 3 -MgFe 2 O 4 composite materials with potential multiferroics properties.…”

“…This effect allows controlling the polarization of a material using an external magnetic field and vice versa -a change of the magnetization with an electrical field. According to a phenomenological theory, the magnetoelectric response in a single-phased material is limited by dielectric constant and magnetic permeability [2]. Search of materials with high ferromagnetic and ferroelectric properties is actual task now.…”
