A study of work-culture changes at post Covid-19 pandemic in greater Jakarta

Abstract: This paper presents an examination of culture change in working places due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with a study case in the Greater Jakarta. During the Covid-19 pandemic, most of companies around the world made policy for the employee to work from home (WFH).
