A study on consumer perception of vegan food using big data analysis

Abstract: This study analyzed consumers' perceptions of 'Vegan food', which has recently become a global issue, with big data. Text data from 2020 to 2022 were collected from Daum and Naver with the word ‘Vegan food’ in using Textom. The results of this study are intended to provide relevant data to vegan food and food researchers.
