In the Ming and Qing dynasties, while the social life, economic structure, and even cultural atmosphere underwent profound changes, the dominant aspect of political culture was still deduced along the traditional track of the imperial system. The prominent characteristics of China's social form in the Ming and Qing dynasties are the development of the commercial economy and the enhancement of social freedom; the developed trend of common people’s culture; and the sustainable development of the centralized monarch-bureaucratic-aristocratic system, which constitute a self-consistent pattern. This paper on the political culture of political spirit, political value, political thought, the four dimensions, the specific period, specific social community, public power setting and operation, and the perspective of the Ming and Qing social form of political culture, this study helps people to the imperial environment of Ming and Qing rural political culture and understanding and exploration.

This study delves into the translation challenges of Premier Li Keqiang's Report on the Work of the Government (RWG), a notable piece in Chinese political discourse. It focuses on translating the cultural nuances embedded in Diǎngù 典故 (allusions) and Shúyǔ 熟语 (formulaic expressions) into English to enhance global comprehension. Using an interpretive qualitative methodology, the research identifies deficiencies in translating these cultural connotations from the RWG (2013-2022) and explores their root causes, considering translation strategies employed. It integrates Venuti's theories of domestication and foreignization with Aristotle’s concepts of logos and clarity in style. Thematic analysis uncovers key translation issues: loss of original imagery, disrupted logical flow, and verbose redundancy, primarily due to challenges in maintaining logos and stylistic clarity. The study's significance lies in pinpointing these translational gaps and introducing a novel approach that amalgamates diverse theoretical frameworks, offering unique insights and methods to effectively connect language, culture, and political communication in translation studies.

In this paper, an automatic judgment algorithm of English text is proposed, which is split and filtered first, then extracted and optimized, and finally interactively fused, and a BP neural machine judgment system is designed. After machine judgment and teachers' self-judgment of the same English sentence sample, the test results show that the ETSS system has excellent performance, improves the reliability and accuracy of judgment, and reduces the degree of human intervention and misjudgment rate in English translation judgment work. The results of the model translation of the Generalized Maximum Probability Ratio Detection (GLR) algorithm and its recognition include nested data points so that accuracy cannot be effectively guaranteed. In the GLR based comprehensive evaluation of content recognition acquisition improvement, the ID accuracy rate exceeded 95%, and the total result was 92.3%.
