“…These 'light' settings are particularly gaining popularity during the transition to adulthood, which appears to come along with a drop-out from club-organised sport and a drop-in to sport light (Borgers, Seghers, et al, 2016;European Commission, 2014;Lunn, 2010;Pilgaard, 2013;Scheerder et al, 2006;Vandermeerschen et al, 2016).
