This study verified the moderating effect of organizational social capital in the relationship between the perception of public-private cooperation recognized by welfare officials and the performance of visiting health and welfare services in Eup, Myeon, and Dong. Through this, the purpose is to raise the importance of public-private cooperation awareness of welfare officials, who are direct service providers, and to ultimately improve service performance by seeking ways to improve support policies for human resource education and training related to public-private cooperation. To this end, 370 questionnaires were distributed to visiting health and welfare teams at 141 administrative welfare centers in Daegu, and the results were derived through frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using 264 answered questionnaires. As a result of the study, as a suggestion to improve the performance of visiting health and welfare services in eup, myeon, and dong, the basis for preparing a systematic education and training system to raise awareness of publicprivate cooperation of welfare officials. This public-private cooperation awareness will ultimately contribute to the establishment of a social safety net for local residents along with the improvement of the quality of search and welfare services.
