Bu araştırmada 2018-2021 LGS fen sorularının Bloom taksonomisine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda belirtilen yıllarda LGS sınavında yer alan toplam 80 fen bilimleri sorusu incelenmiştir. Çalışma nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışmasına göre yapılandırılmış olup veri toplama aracı olarak doküman incelemesinden yararlanılmıştır. Veriler ise betimsel analizine göre analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular frekans ve yüzde şeklinde sunulmuştur. İnceleme sonucunda yıllara göre soruların en çok analiz basamağında (%61,25) yer aldığı belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra sırasıyla kavrama (%18,75), değerlendirme (%11,25) ve uygulama (%8,75) basamaklarından soruların yer aldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sınavda bilgi basamağından hiçbir sene soru sorulmaması dikkat çeken bir diğer sonuç olmuştur. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında, taksonomik açısından soruların bütün basamaklara hitap edebilecek düzeyde ve dengeli bir şekilde dağıtılması gerektiği öneri sunulmuştur.
