Abstract:Background: Abnormal-uterine-bleeding (AUB) is caused due to numerous systemic or functional etiologies. Patients may come with metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, intermenstrual bleeding and polymenorrhea. The underlying pathology can be ascertained by histological variations of endometrium considering the age, the phase of menstrual cycle and the use of any exogenous hormones. This study aims to assess the correlation between endometrial changes and concerned hormone levels.
