A Study to Evaluate Aflatoxin Contamination in Food from Gauteng Province

Abstract: Study Method Materials and ReagentsAflatoxins levels in food samples from Gauteng province were estimated by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and thin layer chromatography following an immune-affinity clean up.
