Abstract:A 24-year-old female presented with dull aching abdominal pain for the last 15 days. There was no history of nausea, vomiting, jaundice or constipation. An abdominopelvic ultrasonography (USG) revealed a soft tissue nodule measuring 4 × 3 × 2.5 cm in the right sub-hepatic region and another soft tissue nodule measuring 1 cm diameter in the right perirenal space (Figure 1).
