A surgical case of unruptured giant sinus of Valsalva aneurysm with right ventricular outflow tract stenosis using double closure technique

Abstract: We performed aneurysm repair with double closure technique of sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (SVA)in a 59-year-old man who was revealed obstructing right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) with moderate Aortic insufficiency(AI)by transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) .
