A Survey of Neurosurgery Residency Program Coordinators: Their Roles, Responsibilities, and Perceived Value

Abstract: Objective Residency program coordinators play an important role behind the scenes, in the function of residency and fellowship programs. In addition, coordinators have significantly heterogeneous job roles among institutions.
