A Survey of the Literature on Human Capital‐intensive Firms

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to provide an exhaustive survey of the academic research dedicated to the study of human capital-intensive firms (HCIFs). We use a bibliometric analysis based on the three widely used databases (Econlit, Science Direct and Wiley) over the period 1992-2015.
