A symptomatic multiseptate gallbladder without gallstones

Abstract: Multiseptate Gallbladder is a rare congenital abnormality, which can be totally asymptomatic or responsible for biliary pain in the absence of cholelithiasis or cholecystitis. In case of persistent symptomatology, cholecystectomy represent the treatment of choice.
