Abstract:A novel and efficient procedure has been developed to synthesize furan‐2‐carboxylate derivatives through a one‐pot condensation of chloroacetate derivatives, 1,3‐diketones, and chloroform in the presence of magnetic sodium aluminate 40 wt. % (Aluminate NP‐40).
