A systematic review and meta‐ethnographic synthesis of Mindfulness‐based Cognitive Therapy for people with major depression

Abstract: Background Mindfulness‐based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a relapse‐prevention intervention for people experiencing major depression.
