A systematic review of tranexamic acid usage in patients undergoing femoral fracture surgery

Abstract: BackgroundPatients undergoing femoral fracture surgery frequently require blood transfusion. Tranexamic acid (TXA) has been widely used to decrease transfusion rate in joint replacement surgery.
